Kaitlyn West Warfield

I'm Kaitlyn, I was born and raised in Western Kentucky, where strong community values and relationships were instilled in me from an early age. I went on to attend Murray State University, earning a degree in Public Relations and Advertising, which sparked my passion for communication and relationship-building. Shortly after college, I made the move to Nashville, a city I’ve proudly called home for the past 10 years. 

 

My journey into real estate began in 2018 on the mortgage side, where I quickly developed a strong understanding of lending and a client-first approach. I later expanded my experience by working in the title industry, gaining valuable insight into the full real estate transaction process. Today, I’m back in lending, bringing a well-rounded perspective and a passion for helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

 

Outside of work, I’m a dog mom to two of the cutest pups who keep life fun and busy. I love traveling, discovering new places, and I’m a big foodie; always on the hunt for new restaurants in Nashville and in every city I visit. I also value quality time with friends and family, whether that’s gathering around a great meal, exploring the city together, or enjoying a laid-back night in. Connecting with people, experiencing great food, and helping others feel confident throughout their home-buying journey are what truly inspire me.
